2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers at checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from Detroit, Michigan. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary based on location and carrier performance. Factual Graphics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges are accepted for unworn, unused items in original condition. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
