Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship using trusted third-party carriers, and delivery times vary depending on destination.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.
Factual Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from Detroit or Metro-Detroit, Michigan.
Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Factual Graphics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Factual Graphics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
