Cancellation policy

From time to time, Factual Graphics may offer products for pre-order. Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and are expected to ship at a later date.

Payment for pre-order items may be collected in full or in part at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the order has not yet been fulfilled or entered production. Once a pre-order has begun production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard Returns Policy.

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are provided for reference only and may change due to production or supply-chain factors.
